How to Use
Mix iNOA Clear with iNOA developer in a 1:1 ratio. For diluting color intensity, blend with the desired iNOA shade. Apply evenly to dry or towel-dried hair. Leave on for 30 to 35 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and follow with post-color care.
