How to Use
Mix iNOA color with iNOA Developer in a 1:1 ratio (e.g. 60g color + 60g developer). Apply to dry, unwashed hair starting at the roots. Process for 35 minutes at room temperature. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo with iNOA post-color shampoo and apply conditioner. Do not use with other developer brands.
