How to Use
Mix INOA 6.20 with INOA Developer (10, 20, or 30 Vol) at a 1:1 ratio. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave on for 30 to 35 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with INOA Post Shampoo for best results.
